USA: FREE SHIPPING on orders over $55USD. USPS First Class Package 4-6 business days with tracking.
UK: FREE SHIPPING on orders over $60GBP. Canda Post Small Pack International Air 6-12 business days. According to new Brexit-regulations, import VAT charges are only covered in the price for products worth up to £135 (not including shipping). For any orders above this value we therefore recommend that you make multiple orders to avoid customs fees.
Rest of the World: Rate based on Canada Post Small International Air 6-12 business days for most destination. Rate set by courier service provider.

WARRANTY & RETURNS
Non-prescription
We offer 30-day returns no matter the reason, we only ask you to cover the cost of the return label, and ensure the product is in excellent re-sellable condition.
If the product is delivered with obvious manufacturing defect and/or does not live up to description or marketing claims. Please email us (at: peter@iwearhysepcs.com), we would love the opportunity to make it right.
General parts warranty: if the frame is broken within 3-months of purchase date, we will provide free replacement. If the frame is broken after 3-months but less than 1 year of purchase date, we will provide free replacement frame but ask you to cover the cost of fulfillment and shipping service.
