30 days from delivery, any reason. Glasses need to come back in re-sellable condition.
1. Pack them in the original case and packaging.
2. Add a note with your name and order number.
3. Ship to the address below, any carrier. About $20-25 from most of Canada.
4. We refund 3-4 business days after it arrives and passes inspection. Your bank may take another 7-10 days.
Read this first. Your return crosses into Canada. Shipped the wrong way it picks up customs and brokerage fees on the way, and a package that arrives with fees owing gets sent back to you. That means paying shipping twice and a delayed refund.

3. Ship USPS only. USPS crosses as regular mail with no extra fees. Couriers like UPS, FedEx and Purolator add brokerage and import fees, and a package arriving with fees owing gets sent back.
4. On the customs form, mark it Return, value $0.01, HS Code 9004.90.00.
5. We refund 3-4 business days after it arrives and passes inspection. Your bank may take another 7-10 days.
