NON-PRESCRIPTION WARRANTY & RETURNS
CANADA
We offer 30-day returns no matter the reason, we only ask you to cover the cost of the return label, and ensure the product is in excellent re-sellable condition.
If the product is delivered with obvious manufacturing defect and/or does not live up to description or marketing claims. Please email us (at: crew@iwearhyspecs.com), we would love the opportunity to make it right.
One Year Frame Warranty: if the frame is broken within 3-months of purchase date, we will provide free replacement. If the frame is broken after 3-months but less than 1 year of purchase date, we will provide free replacement frame but ask you to cover the cost of fulfillment and shipping service.
If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery and is marked as “Returned to Sender,” we will issue a full refund for the purchase amount, excluding the shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases as the service was rendered in good faith.
USA
We offer 30-day returns no matter the reason, we only ask you to cover the cost of the return label, and ensure the product is in excellent re-sellable condition.
We accept returns from customers in the United States under the following conditions:

All return packages must be clearly marked as a “Return” on the outside of the parcel.

The declared value must be listed as $0.01.

The correct HS Code for safety glasses (9004.90.00) must be used.

Returns must be shipped using USPS only. We do not accept returns sent via UPS, FedEx, or Purolator due to brokerage fees.
Please note:
If a return incurs any brokerage or customs fees upon delivery, the package will be refused and returned to the sender.
Refunds will be issued once the return is received and processed, typically within 3-4 business day of arrival.

International (non-US & Canada)
At the moment, we’re unable to offer refunds for returns from outside the US and Canada. We’re a small team, and international return logistics (plus surprise customs fees) make it tricky to handle these smoothly.
That said, your satisfaction means everything to us. If there’s any issue with your order or you’re not happy with it, please email us directly at crew@iwearhyspecs.com. We’ll do our best to make things right.
