Earning Points
How do I earn Points?
You can earn Points in several easy ways: by making a purchase, leaving a product review, following us on social media, creating an account, celebrating your birthday, and referring a friend.
Each action earns you points that add up over time. You can see the full breakdown of how many points each action earns in the “Ways to Earn” section on this page.
Why didn’t I earn points for my order?
There are a few common reasons this can happen. Points are only earned on eligible purchases, and you must be logged into your account using the same email you used at checkout.
Points may also take some time to appear if the order is still processing or has not been completed yet. If a discount or reward was used, points may not be earned on that portion of the order.
How do I check my Points balance?
To check your points, log in to your account using the email you used to make your purchase.
Once logged in, click the “Rewards” launcher at the bottom left of your screen. This launcher shows your points balance, rewards, and all program details in one place.
Redeeming Points
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points through the “Rewards” launcher on the bottom left of the screen. There are two ways to redeem: you can exchange points for a discount or for a gift card.

Can I use rewards on any purchase?
Rewards can be used as long as the product is eligible and included in the program’s discounts or gift card rules.
Some items or promotions may not qualify, so it’s best to check eligibility before completing your purchase.
Do my points ever expire?
Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. This means you can save your points and use them whenever you’re ready, without worrying about losing them over time.
Current Points
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, points cannot be transferred to another person. Points are linked to your account and are meant for personal use only.
Can I transfer my points to another account of mine?
Yes! If you have two accounts, you can combine your points by merging them into a single account.
This way, all your points from both accounts will be available in one place, making it easier to redeem rewards.
To do this, contact our support team and provide the emails of both accounts, you’ll then be guided through the merge process.
